General Managers Strategy Session Spring 2024

Welcome to our 2024 series of Strategy Sessions for General Managers! We'll choose a different topic each meeting, and host a lively chat with NAIBA booksellers as hosts.

Our first meeting will be hosted by Benedict Tanner, general manager of Main Point Books in Wayne, PA. Ben came to Main Point after a long career in bookstores in England, so has some unique perspectives. For our first meeting, we'll be having a broad discussion about all the ways the role of "manager" works in our bookstores.  Join us for a lunch break with your peers from across the region!
