If your membership is not current in both, you will be invoiced for membership dues.
The NVNR conference brings together hundreds of booksellers from the South and Mid-Atlantic regions, from Louisiana to New York, Arkansas to Washington, DC. Produced in partnership between the New Atlantic Booksellers Association (NAIBA) and the Southern Independent Booksellers Alliance (SIBA), NVNR has a reputation for innovative programming, title discovery, and bookseller/publisher networking opportunities.

General Exposition Services will provide shipping, drayage, and any extra materials you might need. Their service kit and fees can be found here. Our show code is NVNR26. Be sure your on-site representative has tracking numbers for all of your freight, just in case.

Your participation is integral to the success of our event and we appreciate you joining us! All invoices must be paid in full before our conference. Please note, any cancellation of participation before July 1, 2026 will receive a refund of purchased products less 25%. Cancellations on July 1, 2026 or later are not eligible for refund.
