At the March NAIBA at Noon, booksellers were joined by reps for a conversation about how publishers and Indie bookstores can better serve our shared project of selling great books to great customers.
One item booksellers requested were direct lines for help, and publishers provided the following documents with contacts and procedures for various issues that arise for booksellers.
