Publishers, we invite you all to come to the NAIBA Fall Conference, where we focus on helping booksellers market the books they've already ordered. And if they hadn't ordered your books, or enough of them, your enthusiasm and clever promotional ideas will help them see the error of their ways. This is also the perfect place to get them excited about the winter/spring lists.
We've changed things up to make the conference flow with the physical and emotional peaks and valley of our attendees. Taking advantage of their excitement when they arrive at the conference, and enjoyment in seeing all their colleagues, we'll have the exhibits open all on one day..
Last year was wonderful, in large part to the involvement of publishers in our ticketed events. Please embrace the conference completely but coming to these events and spending time with booksellers.
Marketing Options for the 2011 Fall Conference
*NAIBA's goal is to provide one free ticket packet to every member bookstore. Your support of booksellers in this way is greatly appreciated. Most options below include bookseller sponsorship.

Platinum Sponsor: $4,000
Includes: sponsorship for 10 booksellers , one exhibit table (additional table(s) can be purchased for $500 each); inclusion in the Pick of the List Movable Feast; two free advertisements in a NAIBA e-newsletter; one half-page ad in Conference Program; two tickets for all conference events for your staff/authors; two featured author spots; recognition at Conference and in printed material; NAIBA corporate membership for one year. Gold Sponsor: $3,000
Includes: sponsorship for 8 booksellers , one exhibit table (additional table(s) can be purchased for $500 each); inclusion in the Pick of the List Movable Feast; one free advertisements in a NAIBA e-newsletter; one half-page ad in Conference Program; two tickets for all conference events for your staff/authors; one featured author spot; recognition at Conference and in printed material; NAIBA corporate membership for one year. Individual Display Tables:
First table rental is $550 for NAIBA members; $675 for non-members; additional tables are $500
Individual Bookstore Sponsorships: $135 each
Conference Program advertisements: Full page ($625); Half page ($375); Quarter page ($225)
NAIBA Membership: $100 per company
Pick of the List Movable Feast (if available): $100 (must provide books for bookseller bags)
